Dear FOI Team,
I have not had a response to my Freedom of Information request dated 20 June 2025 and my subsequent follow-up email dated 11 August 2025. Copies of both are attached for ease of reference.
You will be aware that under Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are legally obliged to provide a substantive response within 20 working days. Unfortunately, unless I receive confirmation that you have received my request and a date by which I will receive your full reply within the next 7 days, I will have no option but to make a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office. This will be done without further notice to you.
