Levy Reform
The Board noted the current position as regards Levy reform and that the likelihood of HBLB being abolished in March 2019 would become clearer in January 2019. The Board would consider the issues in more detail at its January meeting.

The Board noted the management accounts to 31st October 2018.
Trading Update
The Board noted that the Levy income forecast for the year based on estimates from April to September 2018.
2019 Expenditure
The Board approved the allocations and approach set out as regarding prize money, Raceday Services and the Fixture Incentive Fund for 2019 and agreed that proposals for other allocations would be considered at the January 2019 meeting.
Capital Credit Applications: Catterick and Pontefract
The Board approved
1. A Capital Credit Grant to Catterick racecourse of £160,000 towards improvements of the parade ring and an extension and refurbishment of the Weighing Room.
2. A Capital Credit Grant to Pontefract racecourse of £142,797 towards the extension and refurbishment of the Owners and Trainers’ facility.
3. A Capital Credit Grant to Catterick racecourse of £171,797 towards the balance of upgrades made to the West End Entrance, saddling boxes and office block, a project approved by the Board in December 2016.
