Management Accounts
The Board noted the HBLB management accounts for the five months to 30^th  September 2017.

Capital Credit Applications: Pontefract and Thirsk
The Board approved:

1.             A Capital Credit Grant to Pontefract racecourse of £66,000 towards the cost of remedial work and refurbishment to the Pre-Parade ring, Horsewalk to course and Jockeys’ Medical facilities.
2.             A Capital Credit Grant to Thirsk racecourse of £993,275 towards the cost of a new Owners’ & Trainers’ facility.

All drawdowns will be subject to the Executive’s receipt of appropriate documentation and a Capital Credit balance equal to or greater than the requested amount at the time of drawdown.
