Allocations to Capital Credits – January to June 2010
HBLB, at its December 2009 Board Meeting, approved:
• The Fixture Fee transfers to Capital Credits of £1,325,400 for the period 1 January to 30 June 2010.
• The Regulatory Head Office Fee Grant transfers to Capital Credits of £552,720 for the period of 1 January to 30 June 2010.
• The Integrity Fee Grant transfers to Capital Credits of £665,775 for the period 1 January to 30 June 2010.
• The HFL Laboratory Fee Grant transfers to Capital Credits of £545,910 for the period 1 January to 30 June 2010.
• The Prize Money transfers to Capital Credits of £7,213,660 for the period of 1 January to 30 June 2010.
• The Capital Credit Grants to be applied during January to June 2010 as repayments of loans in respect of approved development projects totalling £3,446,000.
Racecourse Improvements
HBLB, at its December Board Meeting approved:
• A £300,000 interest-free loan to Beverley Racecourse from the Capital Fund 2010/11 towards the redevelopment of the Minister Grandstand.
• A £750,000 interest-free loan to be made to Ludlow from the Capital Fund 2010/11 towards the development of the New Stand in the Club Enclosure. Ludlow would also utilise £200,000 of its accumulated Capital Credit Grant towards the project.
Capital Credit allocations – Salisbury Racecourse
HBLB at its December Board Meeting approved a Capital Credit Grant of £282,144 to Salisbury Racecourse towards three projects, viz: constructing a new Toilet Block, remedial work on their Sarum Stand and Rubberising floors and walls of its 8 open Saddling Boxes.
