The Board agreed, subject to drafting amendments, a Code of Conduct for the Board and staff.
EXTERNAL BOARD EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW 2023
The Board agreed the proposed process and timetable for the External Board Effectiveness Review to take place in 2023.
HBLB KPI DASHBOARD
The Board received an up-to-date view of the work undertaken to design, build and data populate the seven HBLB KPIs previously agreed by the Board and now published in the HBLB Three-Year Business Plan.
