A presentation on the progress of the Industry Ownership Strategy to which HBLB has contributed funding was given to the Board by the Racehorse Owners Association.
2020 Expenditure
The Board agreed that the 2020 General Prize Fund allocation process could commence on the basis of the same HBLB grant levels in the first four months of 2020 as in 2019.
2018/19 Levy Yield
The Board discussed matters relating to the ongoing consideration of 2018/19 Levy yield.
Annual Report and Accounts 2018/19
The Board noted that the Executive was continuing to liaise with DCMS over the finalisation of the Board’s 2018/19 accounts.
Remuneration Committee
The Board received a report from the Remuneration Committee, which had met prior to the Board meeting.
Capital Credit Application: Salisbury
The Board approved a Capital Credit Grant to Salisbury racecourse of up to £559,612 to refurbish the Paddock Bar and surrounding areas.
