HBLB Opens Application Round for 2027 Non-Fixture Related Grants
The Horserace Betting Levy Board (HBLB) is inviting applications for non-fixture related grants for the funding period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The application window opens on 13 July 2026 and closes on 24 August 2026.
Applications are welcomed for projects and activities that support HBLB’s Statutory Objectives and thirteen Racing Outcomes as set out in HBLB’s Business Plan (https://www.hblb.org.uk/page/27). This process excludes race fixture-related items such as prize money and regulation & integrity grants or items falling within HBLB’s veterinary science and education budget and the rare breed society grants, which have their own processes.
Grant applications must be made online using the Blackbaud Grant Management System. The Grant Management System can be accessed here.
