Catherine Colloms Appointed to HBLB Board
Catherine Colloms has been appointed by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport as a member of the HBLB Board for four years from 1 January 2027. She will succeed Anne Lambert whose term expires on 31 December 2026.

Catherine is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Industrial Development Advisory Board at the Department for Business and Trade and a Non-Executive Director of Gigaclear, the UK's rural full-fibre network. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Labour Digital and is Vice-Chair of the Wiener Holocaust Library. She specialises in risk and reputation management in regulated industries, and is passionate about bringing diversity into companies and their culture.
Catherine brings direct experience of racing and gambling from her time as Corporate Affairs Director at Paddy Power from 2013 to 2016, where she led the Responsible Gambling team and helped to establish the Senet Group, the industry's first self-regulatory body. She subsequently served as Director of Corporate Affairs and Brand, and a member of the Executive Committee, at Openreach from 2016 to 2024.
