Operators should inform HBLB in writing when they cease to trade. This is in order for the on account advance payments to be amended/cancelled to represent more accurately the likely final Levy liability.
Please note that a Form of Declaration must be submitted in the final year of trading. However you will not be able to do this until after the current Levy period has ended.
